We are Joshua and Ariel Davis, locals to the Greenville, SC area and parents to three beautiful children.
This is our story.
After getting married at 19 years old and need of an income, Joshua got into the HVAC industry servicing and installing air conditioning systems while living in Baton Rouge, LA. Shortly after, this lead Joshua & Ariel to start AccuTemp Services.
Over the next 15 years they grew AccuTemp to one of the largest service providers in the Southeast; providing HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and insulation services to nearly 50,000 clients per year.
Joshua holds multiple master licenses in HVAC & Plumbing, and also went through certifications in Building Science through the Building Performance Institute.
After selling their business and saying goodbye to nearly 150 employees, Joshua & Ariel felt that it was time to begin a new chapter in Greenville, SC. The passion for craftsmanship and relationship that built their first business would be focused on designing and building the highest quality homes, with every project getting the hands-on attention that each client desires.
Ariel's passion for design developed while "neck-deep" in a remodel that began the week their oldest son was born. She recognized that design was more than just making something look good in a photo, but also required marrying in the function that comes with a home that is lived in.
